The In-house Counsel reports directly to the President, and through a dotted line, to the Group General Counsel of the parent company in France. The attorney will provide advice and guidance on wide-ranging legal matters in support of the company’s strategic objectives with an emphasis on reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of complex and routine contracts and agreements and providing general industry related legal guidance. The In-house Counsel will be a solutions-oriented attorney with a thorough understanding of both international and domestic laws, regulations, legal and contractual principles applicable to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
