Will provide legal counsel regarding regulatory compliance of employee benefit plans with ERISA, HIPAA, 409A, ACA, COBRA and the IRC as well as DOL, IRS and PBGC rules and regulations. Provide legal counsel regarding plan administration, including advice regarding eligibility, plan operational issues, plan interpretation and beneficiary entitlements. Support the Global Benefits Department with respect to designing and drafting employee benefit plans, plan amendments and summary plan descriptions and the design and implementation of new plans, programs and legislation.
