This position reports to an Associate General Counsel, Patents and supports the Pharmaceutical Sector. In addition, the successful candidate will provide a full range of patent support functions (including patent preparation and prosecution, freedom-to-operate studies and rendering opinions, managing outside counsel, and agreement work, due diligence support for business development, and client counseling) as his or her background permits. Applicant will regularly make presentations and interact with Law Department Management and senior leaders of the Pharmaceutical Sector with regard to patent and contractual issues.
