Minimum of four years of progressive business law and/or healthcare law experience including primary and independent responsibility for contract drafting. Healthcare legal or other healthcare experience including courses in health law or hospital administration preferred Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to translate legal complexities into terms readily understood by management and other personnel.
