Responsibilities will include managing personal injury and complex litigation from outset to conclusion, including investigation, drafting and editing, court appearances, and supervision of and participation with outside counsel. Responsibilities also include providing advice and counsel to various business areas. A minimum of 5 years comprehensive experience in handling civil litigation matters in state and federal courts with a concentration in defending product liability and other personal injury matters.
