Responsibilities of the job include the following: 4-10 years of legal experience with a focus in the following area: Commercial matters and transactions (buy-sell), Transactions involving the sale or purchase or IP assets, & Licensing (including software licensing). Candidates must have a strong business acumen and knowledge of the technology industry.
