The successful candidate will draft and negotiate technology licensing agreements and strategic partner agreements, advise on intellectual property issues, and provide legal counseling with respect to a wide range of business matters. This person will manage a team of lawyers/legal professionals. He/she will report to the VP, Associate General Counsel for Marketing, Technology and Transactions and work closely with our Global Head of Business Development. Company is expanding globally, and we are looking for an experienced legal leader to team with our business development and product teams.
