Represent and advise the company as corporate counsel with an emphasis on contract negotiation, commercial sales and support issues, and other legal matters as assigned. This position reports to a Director, Legal. We are looking for someone with the ability to negotiate complex hosting service and cloud computing agreements, work closely and collaboratively with internal and external customers and communicate easily and clearly about technology and contract law, especially when the subjects under discussion are complicated. Background in technology transactions and/or commercial contract negotiation preferred but not required.
