Major responsibilities include negotiating client, vendor, and other related agreements; providing counsel to sales, account management, product, implementation, and technology leaders on legal matters; and liaising with company specialists regarding intellectual property, technology, privacy, security, regulatory, employment, and litigation matters. Provide legal support to company’s Bank Solutions division, encompassing the division’s full portfolio of processing solutions. Work directly with business unit executives to prepare, review, and negotiate all contracts required by the business, including client agreements, vendor agreements, and other related agreements.
