Seeking an Attorney with 6-8 years transactional experience needed to coordinate and negotiate digital media and related technology transactions for Advertising and Platforms. Specific responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements and providing counseling and legal advice to the business unit responsible for advertising, media inventory and technology services transactions and associated operational and vendor agreements including but not limited to programmatic, e-commerce, branded entertainment and advertising revenue deals, license agreements, media buying agreements, privacy and data rights agreements, master services agreements, service level agreements, technology services contracts and related SOWs and NDAs. Additionally, will provide strategic direction in the contracting processes to support evolving business unit needs, risk management, privacy considerations, industry standards and industry self-regulatory requirements.
