Ensure the company's restricted stock and stock purchase plan programs comply with securities and foreign exchange laws in approximately 50 countries. Draft and maintain the plan documents, grant agreements and prospectuses for the company's equity programs. Advise and partner with the company's stock administration, compensation & benefits, tax, accounting, and communications teams on program changes arising from legal changes or changes for attracting and retaining employees for the company.
