Provide advice on existing and new products and services, and assist with the preparation and review of relevant template agreements and disclosures. Assist with the legal review and negotiation of customer and third-party product, service and vendor agreements, and participate in due diligence exercises involving third-party transactions. Assist with the creation and legal review of advertising and marketing materials. Assist with responses to customer complaints, and provide advice and assistance with respect to regulatory examinations/investigations, administrative/SRO proceedings and litigation.
