Protect the company against legal, business and regulatory risks. Maintain strong coordination with global legal peers to ensure consistent legal strategies. Drive business results , specifically product leadership, profitable growth, and global expansion. Serve as an effective member of the business unit leadership staff. Manage and optimize legal resources and processes to drive business results, mitigate risks and costs, and maximize global synergies. Deliver and/or oversee comprehensive global legal support in all substantive legal fields impacting the business. Coordinate with regional lawyers and subject matter experts to ensure integrated support, standardization and global synergies.
