The Assistant General Counsel, Labor & Employment reports directly to the Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for Litigation, and will lead the team of attorneys and other professionals responsible for employment litigation and compliance for the company. The Assistant General Counsel, Labor & Employment will manage employment litigation and employment-related agency investigations on behalf of the company, both by working with outside counsel and by overseeing the company’s in-house employment litigation team. This attorney will also will also counsel, support, and guide company leaders on employment and labor compliance issues to ensure that company policies and procedures are effective, and that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements related to all aspects of employment domestically and internationally.
