The Deputy General Counsel, who reports to the College’s Vice President and General Counsel, serves in the place of the Vice President and General Counsel when he/she is unavailable. The Deputy General Counsel provides legal advice to the College’s trustees, president, senior administrators, and academic departments on a variety of legal issues, including employment, labor relations, student affairs, faculty affairs, athletics, law enforcement, business matters, intellectual property, Title IX and other issues in a sophisticated higher education law practice. He or she responds on the College’s behalf to inquiries or investigations concerning the College.
