The General Counsel will also coordinate use of outside counsel. The position will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will also work closely with other leaders in the organization including Chiefs, Superintendents, Principals and Directors to support the organization in our legal needs. The General Counsel will be responsible for leading the legal efforts involved with serving students in a K-12 public charter school education setting, with special consideration to the areas of special education and employment law.
