Serves as center's chief legal officer and as a member of senior management team. Manages Center’s legal affairs in support of center’s mission; provides sound legal advice to President, senior management team, and other staff on a wide range of complex legal issues; and effectively represents or directs the representation of center in legal matters. Proactively advances the programs and operations of center by providing President, senior management team, and other staff with thoughtful, practical, and creative legal counsel, advice, and other services on legal, policy, and operational matters.
