Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position oversees and directs all day-to-day legal affairs of the Foundation. The incumbent provides ongoing legal counsel related to the Foundation’s initiatives and enterprise operations as well as strategic counsel to the senior management teams of the Foundation and the Board of Directors regarding the legal impact of organizational operations, decisions and negotiations. This position also coordinates, maintains and manages relationships with multiple paid and pro bono outside legal service providers and manages the legal department team.
