Support Senior Vice President, Legal & Business Affairs in negotiating and reviewing documentation for strategic mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Includes drafting and negotiation of service and license agreements and term sheets, managing due diligence reviews, and ongoing management of business and legal issues around WBHE strategic initiatives. Provide legal, commercial and strategic advice on the development of new and existing digital media products and services, including new video distribution platforms, apps and social media tools and applications. Provide advice on consumer legal issues, including unfair advertising, eCommerce regulations, PCI compliance, and sales tax/VAT issues.
