This position is responsible for all business and legal affairs relating to the division’s television production activities in Australia, advising and supporting senior executives and other personnel on a wide range of deals including negotiating, drafting and contracting acquisition agreements, production and development agreements, talent and contributor agreements. Advise senior management, production and finance executives on all business affairs matters for the development, production, post production, sales, distribution and servicing of all television production activities of the company in Australia. Negotiate and draft commissioning agreements with broadcasters, including advising on broadcaster’s terms of trade and advising senior management and production executives on the impact of legal and rights issues on production budgets.
