The Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Manager will be a key member of the Legal Department and will provide legal support for senior executives, who report to the Company’s CEO, and their respective organizations. The position reports to the General Counsel. The successful candidate will have a track record of significant demonstrated management responsibilities for lawyers and paralegals over time in a corporate legal setting. The Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Manager will have management responsibility for non-lawyer and lawyer professionals within the Company’s Legal Department.
