This position requires a business lawyer with 3-8 years of broad based transactional experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts. Experience drafting and negotiating contracts in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred: advertising/marketing; information technology; procurement and supply chain management; ecommerce; and real estate. The successful candidate also possesses the ability to maintain a general business practice in order to resolve the various legal and business issues facing a publicly held retailer.
