Help manage and expand a team that handles agreements covering the waterfront of company’s commercial activities: corporate and product matters, commercial transactions, joint ventures, licensing agreements, services agreements, and other partner and vendor agreements. Pitch in as needed to take on agreements yourself – prima donnas need not apply. Collaborate with legal colleagues in original content, privacy, and other areas to ensure that projects and transactions receive 360-degree legal review. Advise business clients on legal issues, company policies, and business strategy. Manage teams of contract attorneys (as necessary).
