Company is seeking to add an attorney 5-7 years of experience (either law firm or in-house) drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of technology and commercial contracts. It would be helpful if the candidate has work experience with intellectual property (software licensing) and/or data privacy matters, but these are not required. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney to transition to a corporate position. Must have solid contracts experience and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills needed.
