Office of General Counsel is seeking an attorney for its Labor and Employment group. Reporting to the Vice President, Legal - Labor and Employment, this job is primary responsible for confidential legal research, fact investigating, conducting and assisting with the preparation of labor and employment investigations, being the in-house resource to prepare or assist in the preparation of company responses to document demands in administrative and judicial matters. Depending on the nature and sophistication of the investigation, conduct or assist in the investigation of employment related complaints.
