This position provides timely employment law expertise to support the organization by delivering proactive and creative solutions supporting business goals, ensuring compliance and managing risk in a fast-paced, performance-driven, customer-focused, collaborative environment. In this key position, you’ll partner with our Human Resources team to shape and develop our Company’s strategic direction in employment and serve as a senior-level contact in our evolving in-house Legal Department, an important function in our efforts to enhance our leadership, systems and processes to reach our growth and service diversification goals.
