The Vice President Associate General Counsel -- Servicing will serve as in-house counsel on all aspects of mortgage servicing, including federal and state legal requirements and investor requirements. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and will have excellent research and writing skills. Counsel business units on the legal, business, and operational issues and risks associated with mortgage servicing in all states. Support business units with routine guidance in the development of policies and procedures, customer-facing documents, outbound/inbound telephone scripting, and training materials.
