As Patent Counsel, you will assist businesses in all aspects of intellectual property counseling and direct the Company’s patent, copyright, trademark and intellectual property work. You will be the first in-house patent attorney hired by the Company and will be responsible for putting in place a comprehensive ‘Playbook” for the expansion, protection and management of the Company’s’ IP. This includes the evaluation of patents and the development of strategies for expanding and defending the Company’s patent portfolio around new and existing products.
