The successful candidate in this Director level position will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance on matters related to the provider networks and care delivery systems utilized by the company, its subsidiaries and affiliates. The candidate will provide legal advice and counsel to all levels of company leadership. Provider managed care contracting legal support for commercial and Medicare Advantage offerings. Legal support and guidance regarding provider related vendor arrangements. Legal support and guidance regarding alternative payment arrangements, accountable care organizations, patient centered medical homes, shared savings arrangements and physician incentive plans.
