We are looking for a collaborative, energetic attorney with experience supporting inbound business development transactions, brand strategy and consumer/product marketing, engineering, and other technology transactions. You will serve as legal counsel for our global Sourcing teams, advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts and inbound deals, including data, content, financial transactions, real estate, marketing, and software license agreements, and interfacing with members of our Corporate Finance team. You will work closely with Legal team colleagues, as well as with business leaders throughout the company, on a myriad deals.
