Provides full legal services to business clients throughout the organization in connection with securities, M&A, general public company communications and disclosures, contract review/negotiation, employee relations and other general transactional matters. Has ongoing relationship and accountability for the departments being served. Has excellent working skill set in areas specific to publicly traded company issues, including acquisition and disposition transactions. Work assignments consisting of significant legal tasks involving problems of complexity and facts that are often in question for which considerable legal judgment, experience and independent reasoning are required.
