Primary responsibilities are expected to include, but are not limited to: Managing complex legal projects and providing appropriate advice that is based on informed and realistic assessments of the law and facts. Providing legal support for various departments and cross-disciplinary teams, such as provider and survey relations, claims and reimbursements processing, customer service, marketing, procurement, and regulatory affairs. Negotiating, drafting, and interpreting healthcare service provider agreements, including agreements that relate to bundled services, managed care contracts, EMR and ACO structures.
