This position is primarily to provide on-site legal support to all functions at the our facility in Mobile, Alabama that is as comprehensive as possible, including the practice of "preventative" law, intended to minimize legal and financial risk to the company, as well as the provision of counseling and assistance as needed. This attorney will assist in a variety of matters, including labor and employee relations; heavy manufacturing issues, including supplier and customer relations; the negotiation and drafting of contractual documents of all types; select, retain and monitor performance of outside legal counsel as required; and liaise with the company and company lawyers in Herndon, Toulouse and other locations on issues/transactions as required. Provide legal support for US Manufacturing Facility Management and operations.
