This position will provide a broad array of hands-on legal advice in the areas of U.S. Government contract law and related subcontract and commercial contract law. Responsibilities will include identifying risks and providing subsequent mitigation strategies, supporting complex transactions and providing expertise in the areas of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15 and Part 12 requirements as a prime or major subcontractor. Successful candidate will work directly with her or his business counterparts, other legal and compliance staff, and the company Systems General Counsel.
