Company seeks an experienced corporate counsel to support our growing sales efforts in Latin America. Initially, this person also will provide support to the US Sales organization and be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts (e.g., Master Services Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Reseller Agreements, etc.) ensuring that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and company policies. Working cross-functionally to develop commercial contractual models (including defining and drafting the relevant terms and conditions) with a focus on Latin America.
