Company seeks a collaborative, diligent, proactive and business-savvy attorney with experience supporting business development, channel reseller, strategic alliances, technology partnerships and other commercial transactions, as well as experience in the development and maintenance of partner ecosystems programs, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in enterprise software and related services. You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, ensuring that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and company policies. You will work with our business development and commercial teams on unique agreements to support new and emerging business models, as well as help us to build scalable tools, templates and processes to support a fast-growing partner ecosystem.
