As the Associate General Counsel, you will be the General Counsel’s right hand for all corporate legal matters companywide. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience as a strategic legal advisor to technology companies (both private and public) and have extensive capital markets, M&A, corporate governance and SEC reporting experience. This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate in a merit-based, high-performance technology company environment. This position is based in our San Francisco headquarters and reports to the General Counsel.
