The Director of Real Estate and Construction will lead and oversee all real estate site selection and store development processes, including activities and negotiations for new store locations; development of a proprietary pipeline of potential trade areas and management of the current store portfolio (lease renewals, remodels, etc.). This position will oversee/perform all analyses to ensure real estate decisions meet applicable financial and operating targets. The Director of Real Estate and Construction will also play a key function in establishing the appropriate financial and operating targets for company’s in conjunction with the company’s leadership team.
