The Senior Corporate Counsel will function as a key member of company’s legal and business teams. S/He will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of legal work on commercial contracts and business development with other departments such as sales, quality, human resources, accounting and tax. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also be responsible for working closely with outside counsel regarding the management of company’s real property leases, including negotiations related to lease renewals, subleasing and entry into new leases.
