The Corporate Counsel – Procurement/Integrated Supply Chain will be a member of the Company’s commercial practice group. The practice group provides day-to-day support for contracts and commercial law matters, drafts and negotiates complex domestic and cross-border transaction agreements, and handles a wide array of other commercial issues that arise from the day-to-day operations of a large, fast-paced organization. The Corporate Counsel provides legal services to protect the best interests of the Company, as well as its integrity, reputation, assets, officers and employees, while ensuring that the Company operates in compliance with the applicable laws.
