The Corporate Counsel will provide both tactical and strategic legal support to the General Counsel, corporate management, and business functions across the entire organization. This is a hands-on position requiring substantive legal work, including drafting and negotiating agreements of all types, legal research and analysis, and actively providing legal counsel and business transaction support to clients in all functions on a wide range of issues. The position will engage on commercial matters, sales and marketing issues, real estate transactions, labor and employment issues, corporate compliance, litigation and claims, government relations, and alcohol regulatory compliance, among other things.
