Under the direction of the General Counsel the Corporate Counsel or Senior Corporate Counsel provides legal support, advice and guidance on the Company’s operations globally, with a focus on the following duties and responsibilities: Provide legal advice, analysis and guidance in connection with the Company’s global operations, as directed, to ensure maximum protection of the Company’s legal rights, mitigation of risks and continued legal compliance. Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including complex domestic and international licensing agreements, nondisclosure agreements, distribution and services arrangements, purchasing agreements, vendor contracts, marketing agreements, broker agreements and other transactional documents related to the Company’s domestic and international commercial activities.
