Structure, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements relating to the distribution of a broad portfolio of basic cable programming services and related content offerings, with emphasis on agreements for distribution on traditional linear cable, broadband and mobile platforms. Also draft distribution agreements, intellectual property licenses, confidentiality agreements, service agreements and promotional agreements for all media platforms (e.g., cable television, wireless, broadband, IPTV, telco). Understand and critically evaluate complex affiliate agreements and other documents and effectively distill information for clients.
