Company's Office of General Counsel (OGC) is seeking a general business lawyer to serve as Senior Counsel to its Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) business in Dulles Virginia. Reporting to the IIS Vice President and General Counsel, this position will provide legal advice and counsel to the IIS cybersecurity mission area. The successful candidate will be a leader capable of positively influencing a broad range of complex legal, regulatory, policy and business issues and will have substantial experience in the area of cybersecurity legal, regulatory and policy governance and compliance as well as experience providing legal advice on U.S. government, foreign government, and commercial contracting.
