The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of supporting innovative businesses in an environment that values and rewards creative and out-of-the-box thinking, new approaches and innovative solutions to legal and business issues more than years of experience. Working cross functionally to develop innovative commercial models (including defining and/or drafting the relevant terms and conditions) for new MBG solutions. Counseling clients on key issues affecting Go-to-Market strategies, including regulatory issues, data protection and privacy issues, open source requirements and protection of investment in R&D and Intellectual Property Rights.
