Company is seeking a Director of Legal and Business Affairs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in-house and join the management team of a fast growing tech startup. The Director must use good judgment to assess potential legal risks in all areas of the business and decide how best to manage those risks, exercising independence and only elevating to senior leadership when necessary. The Legal Director will liaise cross-functionally with the Finance, Client Services, Content, HR, BD and Sales teams to close deals and solve operational problems, and will take ownership over the entire legal function of the company.
