We’re looking for a passionate Corporate Counsel to support a wide range of corporate and commercial activities in a fast-paced technology company. The successful candidate will need to be an all-around generalist, working primarily on contracts, IP, HR, litigation management, finance, and other matters. The candidate will provide legal advice and recommendations to management and will be required to work on various projects with shifting priorities and deadlines. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
