The Compliance and Legal Services group provides legal advice to all aspects of company's business. This in-house counsel position will be in our Regulatory Liaison Office which provides counsel on bank regulatory and transactional matters and coordinates our interactions with the Federal Reserve, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The position will provide legal support for the Treasury Capital Markets and Cash Management functions, the Securities Lending team, and Risk Management’s Volcker Program Office.
