This senior counsel position will support company’s product business, including its cable interactive guide, big data, analytics, advertising and global services businesses. Specifically, the successful candidate will draft and negotiate domestic and international agreements for the licensing, distribution and development of the aforementioned products and services, while considering various related legal, business and financial issues. This candidate will also support large, sophisticated named account customers and strategic partner programs and be a close business advisor to the sales and business group teams (on both mature businesses and new and emerging business areas).
