Senior Director, International Tax, reporting to VP Global Tax will primarily be responsible for all international tax operations, including international tax planning and strategy, international tax audits, transfer pricing policies and procedures. This senior level position will be considered the lead functional and technical expert in all international tax matters. Provide tax technical direction, develop and implement international tax strategies and address global tax issues. Manage the global transfer pricing strategy and ensure compliance with US and international requirements, including documentation and intercompany agreements.
